For clients who would like to see a coin in person before making a decision, the viewing offers time to examine its scale, surface, relief, design, and overall presence in a quiet setting.

You may take the time to look closely, compare selected coins, and ask questions about their grading, design, or historical background.

60 minutes — JPY 17,500 total

If, within seven days of the viewing, you purchase either a single coin with a pre-tax price of JPY 100,000 or more, or multiple coins with a combined pre-tax price of JPY 150,000 or more, JPY 3,300 of the viewing fee will be credited toward your purchase.

Coins requested for a Private Viewing are not reserved or held until the appointment date unless a separate Coin Hold / Reservation has been arranged in advance.

Requested coins remain available for sale and may therefore be sold before your viewing date.

If a requested coin becomes unavailable before the appointment, FALJU COINS will contact you as soon as possible. Depending on your preferences, we may suggest alternative coins currently available that are similar in character or category.

If there is a particular coin that you would like to ensure remains available for your viewing, please contact FALJU COINS before booking to arrange a separate Coin Hold / Reservation. Additional terms and fees apply.

Location / 開催場所

Private viewings are held at a reserved venue in central Tokyo.

For privacy and security, the exact venue and access details are provided individually after the appointment and payment have been confirmed.

Venues are selected for convenient access from major transport hubs in Tokyo and will be within walking distance of a railway station.

Payment / お支払い

All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY).

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other remittance-related charges are the responsibility of the client.

Please arrange the transfer so that FALJU COINS receives the full invoiced amount. Any shortfall must be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

Payment instructions will be provided after the requested date, time, and coins have been confirmed.

Booking Process / ご予約の流れ

All booking requests are subject to confirmation by FALJU COINS.

Submission of the request form does not constitute a confirmed appointment. After reviewing the requested coins, preferred date and time, and other booking details, FALJU COINS will contact you regarding availability.

FALJU COINS will then send an invoice in Japanese yen (JPY). Bank transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.

Your appointment is formally confirmed once the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.

If payment is not arranged within 3 business days, the booking request will be cancelled. If you still wish to arrange a Private Viewing, please submit a new booking request.

All appointment times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

すべてのお申し込みは、FALJU COINSによる内容確認後にお手続きを進めます。

フォームの送信時点では、ご予約は確定しておりません。ご希望のコイン、開催日時、その他の予約内容を確認したうえで、FALJU COINSよりご案内いたします。

内容確認後、日本円（JPY）建ての請求書（Invoice）を送付いたします。銀行振込のお手続きは、請求書発行日から3営業日以内にお願いいたします。

FALJU COINSにて請求金額全額の着金を確認した時点で、正式なご予約成立となります。

3営業日以内に振込手続きが行われなかった場合、お申し込みはキャンセルとなります。再度Private Viewingをご希望の場合は、新たにお申し込みください。

開催日時は、すべて日本時間（JST）を基準とします。

2｜Availability Confirmation

FALJU COINS will review the requested coins and confirm whether your preferred appointment date and time are available.

3｜Invoice & Payment

Once the requested coins and appointment details have been reviewed, FALJU COINS will send an invoice in Japanese yen (JPY).

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. The transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.

All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other remittance-related charges are the responsibility of the client.

Please arrange the transfer so that FALJU COINS receives the full invoiced amount. Any shortfall must be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

For international transfers, additional processing time may be required before the funds reach our account. The appointment will be confirmed after the full invoiced amount has been received by FALJU COINS.

If the transfer is not arranged within 3 business days, the booking request will be cancelled. A new booking request will be required if you wish to arrange another Private Viewing.

5｜Private Viewing

Your selected coins will be prepared for a 60-minute private viewing.

6｜After the Viewing

There is no expectation to make a purchase decision during the viewing.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy / キャンセル・日時変更・返金について

All appointment times and cancellation or rescheduling deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund of the viewing fee.

However, any venue costs already incurred, bank transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, or other fees incurred in connection with the payment or refund will be deducted from the refund amount at actual cost.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled once, provided that the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and another suitable appointment slot is available.

Any venue costs already incurred for the original appointment, as well as any additional venue costs arising from the new booking, are the responsibility of the client.

If you wish to request a change of date or time, please contact FALJU COINS as early as possible. Responses may take 1–2 business days, so please allow sufficient time before the applicable deadline.

The rescheduled Private Viewing must take place within 14 days of the original appointment date.

Until a new appointment has been confirmed, the original booking remains in effect. If a mutually suitable alternative date cannot be arranged within the 14-day period, the original appointment may either proceed as scheduled or be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Requests to reschedule received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time cannot be accommodated.

Client-requested cancellations or rescheduling due to rain, snow, typhoons, or other weather conditions are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms above.

However, if severe weather, major transportation disruption, venue closure, an official safety advisory, or another circumstance makes it unsafe or impractical for FALJU COINS to hold the viewing, FALJU COINS will contact the client and offer either a new appointment date or a refund of the viewing fee.

In such cases, any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, or other third-party costs incurred in processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the client is not present at the scheduled start time and FALJU COINS has not received prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

In the case of a no-show, the viewing fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. FALJU COINS also reserves the right to decline future Private Viewing requests following a no-show.

If FALJU COINS is unable to hold the viewing for any reason other than the circumstances described above, the client may choose either a new appointment date or a full refund of the viewing fee.

If a Coin Hold / Reservation has been arranged in connection with a Private Viewing, this cancellation policy applies to the Private Viewing appointment. Any separate terms, fees, and refund conditions applicable to the Coin Hold / Reservation remain subject to the Coin Hold / Reservation terms.

キャンセル・日時変更・返金について

開催日時およびキャンセル・日時変更の期限は、すべて**日本時間（JST）**を基準とします。

予定開始時刻の72時間前までにキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合は、ビューイング料金を返金いたします。

ただし、すでに発生している会場費のほか、当初のお支払いまたは返金に伴い発生した銀行振込手数料、中継銀行手数料、受取銀行手数料、通貨換算に伴う費用、その他の手数料がある場合は、その実費を返金額から差し引きます。

予定開始時刻の72時間前を過ぎてからのキャンセルについては、返金を承っておりません。

確定したご予約の日時変更は、予定開始時刻の48時間前までにご連絡いただき、かつ、別のご案内可能な日時に空きがある場合に限り、1回まで承ります。

日時変更に伴い、当初のご予約ですでに発生している会場費、および新たな予約に伴って発生する会場費等の実費は、お客様のご負担となります。

日時変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ余裕を持ってご連絡ください。ご返信まで1〜2営業日ほどお時間をいただく場合がありますので、各期限に余裕をもってお申し出ください。

変更後のPrivate Viewingは、当初の開催予定日から14日以内に実施するものとします。

新しい日時が確定するまでは、当初のご予約が有効となります。14日以内に双方の都合が合う日時を調整できない場合は、当初の日時で開催するか、上記のキャンセル規定に基づいてキャンセルするものとします。

予定開始時刻の48時間前を過ぎてからの日時変更は承っておりません。

雨天、降雪、台風その他の天候を理由とするお客様都合のキャンセル・日時変更についても、上記と同じ条件を適用いたします。

ただし、著しい悪天候、大規模な交通機関の運休、会場の閉鎖、公的機関による安全上の案内、その他の事情により、FALJU COINSが安全または円滑な開催が困難と判断した場合は、こちらからご連絡のうえ、新しい開催日時への変更またはビューイング料金の返金にて対応いたします。

この場合、返金に伴い発生する銀行手数料、中継銀行手数料、受取銀行手数料、通貨換算に伴う費用、その他第三者による費用は、返金額から差し引きます。

予定開始時刻までにご来場がなく、事前のご連絡も確認できない場合は、無断キャンセルとして扱います。

無断キャンセルの場合、ビューイング料金の返金および日時変更は承っておりません。また、無断キャンセルがあった場合、今後のPrivate Viewingのお申し込みをお断りする場合があります。

上記の事情以外でFALJU COINSの都合により開催できない場合は、新しい開催日時への変更またはビューイング料金の全額返金にて対応いたします。

Private ViewingにあわせてCoin Hold / Reservationをご利用の場合、本キャンセル規定はPrivate Viewingのご予約に適用されます。

Coin Hold / Reservationに関する料金、返金条件その他の規定については、別途Coin Hold / Reservationの利用条件が適用されます。

Additional Information / その他のご案内

A maximum of two adults may attend each appointment in total.
Private Viewing is available to adult guests only.
For security purposes, all first-time clients are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the beginning of the appointment.
Please bring the original, valid photo ID with you on the day of your Private Viewing. Photographs or copies of identification documents cannot be accepted.
Accepted identification includes a driver’s license, My Number Card, passport, driving history certificate, residence card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or another valid government-issued photo ID.
Identification is used only to confirm the identity of the attendee. FALJU COINS does not ordinarily retain a copy unless separately required for a specific legal or transactional purpose.
Private Viewing is intended solely for viewing and considering coins offered by FALJU COINS. Requests made for sales solicitation, business promotion, interviews, networking, recruitment, or other purposes unrelated to the viewing service cannot be accepted.
Pets and other animals are not permitted at the venue.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and venue.
If you arrive late, the scheduled end time will remain unchanged.
Photography of individual coins may be permitted with prior confirmation. Photography of the venue, building access, common areas that may identify the venue, or security-related areas is not permitted.
All coins remain under the supervision of FALJU COINS throughout the viewing.
Any coin purchase made following a Private Viewing is subject to the FALJU COINS Purchase Policies.
Personal information submitted through the Private Viewing request form is handled in accordance with the FALJU COINS Privacy Policy.
By submitting a Private Viewing request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable terms, policies, and conditions stated on this page, including the cancellation, rescheduling, refund, identification, and other Private Viewing requirements.

1回のご予約につき、ご参加いただけるのは成人2名様までです。
成人のお客様のみご参加いただけます。
セキュリティ上、初回のお客様には、開催時に有効な公的機関発行の顔写真付き本人確認書類のご提示をお願いしております。
Private Viewing当日は、有効な顔写真付き本人確認書類の原本をお持ちください。画像・コピー等でのご提示はお受けできません。
本人確認書類は、運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、パスポート、運転経歴証明書、在留カード、特別永住者証明書、その他公的機関が発行する有効な顔写真付き本人確認書類をご利用いただけます。
本人確認書類は、ご来場者様の本人確認のためにのみ確認し、法令上または特定の取引上必要となる場合を除き、通常は写しを保管いたしません。
Private Viewingは、FALJU COINS取扱コインの閲覧・購入検討を目的としたサービスです。営業・勧誘・自社サービス等のご案内、取材、人脈形成、採用その他、本来の目的と異なるご利用はお断りしております。
ペットその他の動物を同伴してのご参加はできません。
会場および建物内は全面禁煙です。
遅れてご到着された場合も、予定されている終了時刻の延長は行っておりません。
コインの撮影をご希望の場合は、事前にご確認ください。会場、建物へのアクセス経路、会場を特定できる共用部分、セキュリティに関わる場所の撮影はご遠慮いただいております。
ビューイング中のコインは、すべてFALJU COINSが管理いたします。
Private Viewing後のコインのご購入には、FALJU COINSのPurchase Policiesが適用されます。
Private Viewing申込フォームを通じて取得する個人情報は、FALJU COINSのPrivacy Policyに基づき取り扱います。
Private Viewingへお申し込みいただいた場合は、本ページに記載するキャンセル、日時変更、返金、本人確認その他の利用条件および各種規定をご確認のうえ、これらに同意いただいたものとします。
