Shipping Policy
All items are carefully packaged and shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Complimentary domestic shipping is included for orders delivered within Japan.
The shipping method is selected according to the value and nature of the coin, its size and destination, and the level of shipping compensation considered appropriate for the shipment.
Trackable services such as Japan Post Yu-Pack or registered mail may be used depending on the order.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. All international orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
Shipping methods are selected according to the destination, item value, item type, applicable regulations, carrier restrictions, and available tracking and insurance or compensation coverage.
International shipping charges are quoted separately before payment.
FALJU COINS will confirm the available shipping method, shipping charge, and applicable coverage before issuing the invoice.
Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.
Shipping Delays
FALJU COINS is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, carrier issues, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance & Tracking
A trackable shipping method is selected for each order, taking into account the value and nature of the coin, the destination, and the level of insurance or compensation coverage available.
For international orders, available insurance or compensation coverage may vary depending on the destination, carrier, item type, and other applicable conditions.
Import Restrictions
Buyers are responsible for confirming whether antique coins, numismatic items, or collectible objects may legally be imported into their country or region.
Payment & Currency
All prices displayed by FALJU COINS are in Japanese yen (JPY).
All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY).
Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other remittance-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please arrange the transfer so that FALJU COINS receives the full invoiced amount. Any shortfall must be paid before shipment.
International bank transfers may take additional time to reach our account due to processing by the banks involved.
Shipment will be arranged only after the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.
Payment Deadline
Bank transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.
If the transfer is not arranged within this period, the order will be cancelled.
If you still wish to purchase the coin, please submit a new Purchase Request, subject to availability.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling charges, or other charges required by their country, region, customs authority, or carrier.
Return Policy
All coins sold by FALJU COINS are certified collectible and historical items.
Due to the nature of antique and certified coins, all sales are generally final.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- An incorrect item was shipped.
- The coin or certified holder sustained significant damage during shipping.
- There is a major discrepancy in the certification number, coin type, or grading information compared with the information presented by FALJU COINS.
Please contact FALJU COINS within 3 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier if there is an issue with your order.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation:
- Minor scratches, scuffs, marks, or other cosmetic wear on slabs, holders, or cases.
- Natural toning, signs of historical circulation, or other characteristics resulting from age or prior handling.
- Individual differences in color, tone, texture, surface appearance, or other visual characteristics of the coin.
- Differences in appearance caused by photography, lighting conditions, display settings, or the device or monitor used.
- Subjective opinions regarding grading, condition, eye appeal, or other matters of personal preference.
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, customs delays, or delivery failure or return caused by import restrictions, unpaid duties or taxes, refusal of delivery, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other circumstances attributable to the buyer.
- A change of mind, personal preference, or cancellation for reasons attributable to the buyer.
Certified coin slabs and holders form part of the secondary collectibles market and may show minor scratches, scuffs, marks, or other signs of handling and storage. Such cosmetic wear is not considered a defect.
FALJU COINS makes reasonable efforts to present each coin as accurately as possible in the photographs shown on the product page. However, the appearance of the coin may vary depending on photography, lighting conditions, display settings, and the device or monitor used.
For the purpose of this policy, significant damage during shipping means physical damage to the coin or certified holder, including cracking, breakage, opening, separation, or other damage that materially affects the holder’s ability to protect the coin.
If shipping damage is claimed, the buyer must provide clear photographs showing the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, coin, and certified holder.
Damage to the outer packaging alone is not considered significant shipping damage unless the coin or certified holder has also been materially damaged.
In the event of loss or significant damage during transit, FALJU COINS will assist with the applicable carrier investigation and compensation procedures, subject to the carrier’s terms and the coverage available for the shipment.
Please note that antique and collectible coins may naturally vary in appearance due to age, toning, historical circulation, photography, lighting conditions, and individual characteristics.

FALJU COINS will not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations that do not meet the above conditions.
