A request does not create a purchase obligation, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
If a suitable coin becomes available or a relevant sourcing opportunity arises, FALJU COINS may contact you with details.

ご登録いただいた内容は、購入を確約するものではなく、また、ご希望条件に合うコインの入手を保証するものではありません。
条件に合うコインが入荷した場合や、適した仕入れ機会があった場合には、FALJU COINSよりご案内することがあります。
What You Can Request
You may register requests for:
- British gold and silver coins
- Sovereigns and selected Royal Mint issues
- NGC or PCGS certified coins
- Specific years, designs, denominations, grades, or certification
- Coins with historical or visual significance
- Particular series or themes you are building within your collection

How Coin Request Works
1｜Submit Your Request
Tell us which coin or series you are looking for, together with your preferred certification, grade, budget range, and other relevant details through the Coin Request form.
2｜Request Registration
FALJU COINS will review the information and register your request.
3｜Availability or Sourcing Opportunity
If a suitable coin becomes available or a relevant sourcing opportunity arises, FALJU COINS may contact you with the details.
4｜Review the Coin
You can review the coin, grading information, price, and other details before deciding whether you would like to proceed.
5｜Purchase
Registering a Coin Request does not create any obligation to purchase.
If you decide to proceed, FALJU COINS will confirm the order details and issue an invoice. For coins that need to be sourced from a third party, FALJU COINS will proceed with the purchase only after your payment has been received and confirmed.
Availability cannot be guaranteed until FALJU COINS has successfully secured the coin. A coin may become unavailable or be sold by the third-party seller before the sourcing process is completed, even after your payment has been received.
If the requested coin can no longer be secured, FALJU COINS will notify you and refund the amount paid for that coin in full.
Payment deadlines, payment methods, shipping, returns, and other purchase conditions are subject to the FALJU COINS Purchase Policies.

2｜リクエスト内容の確認
FALJU COINSにて内容を確認し、ご希望条件を登録します。
3｜該当コインの入荷・仕入れ機会
条件に合うコインが入荷した場合や、適した仕入れ機会があった場合には、FALJU COINSより詳細をご案内することがあります。
4｜内容のご確認
コインの状態、鑑定情報、価格その他の詳細をご確認いただいたうえで、ご購入を検討いただけます。
5｜ご購入
Coin Requestへのご登録のみで、購入義務が生じることはありません。
ご購入をご希望の場合は、FALJU COINSにてご注文内容を確認し、請求書（Invoice）を発行いたします。第三者からの仕入れが必要なコインについては、ご入金確認後にFALJU COINSが買い付け手続きを行います。
FALJU COINSが実際にコインを確保するまでは、在庫を保証するものではありません。ご入金確認後であっても、買い付け完了までの間に第三者の販売元で売却済みとなるなど、コインを確保できない場合があります。
その場合は速やかにご連絡し、当該コインについてお支払いいただいた金額を全額返金いたします。
お支払い期限、お支払い方法、発送、返品その他の購入条件については、FALJU COINSのPurchase Policiesが適用されます。
Please Note
- Coin Request is a registration service for selected certified coins and does not guarantee that a requested coin can be sourced.
- Availability, market price, grading population, exchange rates, and other market conditions may change over time.
- Registering a Coin Request does not reserve any coin.
- FALJU COINS does not purchase or hold a coin specifically on behalf of a client merely because a Coin Request has been registered.
- Coin Request registrations remain active until you ask us to update or remove them. FALJU COINS may contact you from time to time to confirm whether your requirements are still current.
- Personal information submitted through the Coin Request form is handled in accordance with the FALJU COINS Privacy Policy.
- Coin Requestは、条件に合う鑑定済みコインについてご希望を登録いただくサービスであり、該当コインの入手を保証するものではありません。
- 在庫状況、市場価格、鑑定枚数、為替その他の市場環境は変動する場合があります。
- Coin Requestへのご登録のみで、コインの取り置きは行いません。
- Coin Requestをご登録いただいた時点で、FALJU COINSがお客様のために特定のコインを購入・確保することはありません。
- Coin Requestへのご登録は、変更または削除のお申し出があるまで有効です。ご希望条件が現在も有効か確認するため、FALJU COINSよりご連絡する場合があります。
- Coin Requestフォームを通じて取得する個人情報は、FALJU COINSのPrivacy Policyに基づき取り扱います。
