Coin Hold is an optional paid service for clients who would like a particular coin to remain available until their confirmed Private Viewing in Tokyo.
Eligible coins listed in the FALJU COINS Collection may be reserved for up to 30 days.
Coin Hold is separate from the purchase of a coin and does not constitute a purchase agreement.

Coin Holdはコインの購入とは別のサービスであり、Coin Holdの利用によって売買契約が成立するものではありません。

How Coin Hold Works / Coin Holdの流れ
1. Submit a Private Viewing request and select the Coin Hold option on the Private Viewing request form.
2. FALJU COINS will review the requested coin, preferred viewing date, availability, and applicable Coin Hold fee.
3. If the Coin Hold can be accepted, FALJU COINS will provide the applicable terms and issue an invoice in Japanese yen (JPY).
4. The Private Viewing fee and Coin Hold fee will be combined on a single invoice.
5. The bank transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.
6. The formal Coin Hold period begins once the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.
7. The coin will remain reserved until the confirmed date and time of the Private Viewing, within the agreed Coin Hold period.
Submission of a Private Viewing request or selection of the Coin Hold option does not by itself place a coin on hold.

Coin Holdの流れ
1. Private Viewing申込フォームよりお申し込みいただき、Coin Holdサービスの利用希望を選択してください。
2. FALJU COINSにて、対象コイン、ご希望の開催日時、在庫状況および適用されるCoin Hold料金を確認します。
3. Coin Holdをお受けできる場合は、適用条件をご案内し、日本円（JPY）建ての請求書（Invoice）を発行します。
4. Private Viewing料金とCoin Hold料金は、同一の請求書（Invoice）に合算してご案内します。
5. 振込手続きは、請求書発行日から3営業日以内にお済ませください。
6. 請求金額全額がFALJU COINSに着金し、確認が取れた時点から正式なCoin Hold期間が開始します。
7. 合意したCoin Hold期間に基づき、確定したPrivate Viewingの開催日時まで対象コインを確保します。
Private Viewingフォームの送信またはCoin Hold利用希望の選択のみでは、Coin Holdは成立しません。
Coin Hold Period / 期間
Coin Hold is available for up to 30 days.
The applicable fee is determined by the listed price of the coin and the length of the Coin Hold period.
The Coin Hold period begins on the date FALJU COINS confirms receipt of the full invoiced amount, with that date counted as Day 1, and is calculated by calendar day through the confirmed Private Viewing date.
For client-requested bookings and rescheduling, the Coin Hold period cannot exceed 30 days.
This limitation does not apply where the Private Viewing date is changed for reasons attributable to FALJU COINS.

Coin Holdは最大30日間ご利用いただけます。
料金は、対象コインの掲載価格とCoin Hold期間に基づいて決定します。
Coin Hold期間は、FALJU COINSにて請求金額全額の着金を確認した日を1日目として開始し、確定したPrivate Viewingの開催日までを暦日で計算します。
お客様のお申し込みおよびお客様都合による日時変更の場合、Coin Hold期間は30日を超えることはできません。
ただし、FALJU COINSの都合によりPrivate Viewingの日時を変更する場合は、この限りではありません。
Coin Hold Fees / 料金
1–7 days
4% of the listed coin price
Minimum fee: JPY 5,000
8–14 days
7% of the listed coin price
Minimum fee: JPY 6,000
15–30 days
10% of the listed coin price
Minimum fee: JPY 8,000
The applicable Coin Hold fee is the greater of:
– the percentage-based fee calculated from the listed coin price; or
– the minimum fee for the applicable hold period.
Percentage-based fees are rounded up to the nearest JPY 100.
Clients may use the above fee structure to estimate the applicable Coin Hold fee in advance.
The final applicable Coin Hold fee will be confirmed by FALJU COINS and clearly stated on the invoice before payment.

Coin Hold料金は、以下のいずれか高い金額を適用します。
– コイン掲載価格に各期間の料率を乗じた金額
– 各期間に設定された最低料金
料率による計算額は、100円単位で切り上げます。
上記の料金体系をもとに、事前にCoin Hold料金の目安をご確認いただけます。
最終的に適用されるCoin Hold料金はFALJU COINSにて確認し、お支払い前に請求書（Invoice）へ明記します。
Payment / お支払い
All Coin Hold fees are payable in Japanese yen (JPY) by bank transfer only.
The Private Viewing fee and Coin Hold fee will be combined on a single invoice.
The bank transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.
The client is responsible for all bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other remittance-related charges.
Please arrange the transfer so that FALJU COINS receives the full invoiced amount.
Coin Hold becomes effective only after the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.
If the transfer is not arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date, the Coin Hold request will be cancelled.

お支払い
Coin Hold料金は、すべて日本円（JPY）での銀行振込にて承ります。
Private Viewing料金とCoin Hold料金は、同一の請求書（Invoice）に合算してご案内します。
振込手続きは、請求書発行日から3営業日以内にお済ませください。
振込手数料、中継銀行手数料、受取銀行手数料、通貨換算に伴う費用その他送金にかかる費用は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。
FALJU COINSには請求金額の全額が着金するようお手続きください。
Coin Holdは、請求金額全額がFALJU COINSに着金し、確認が取れた時点から正式に開始します。
請求書発行日から3営業日以内に振込手続きが行われなかった場合、Coin Holdのお申し込みはキャンセルとなります。
Coin Hold Fee and Purchase Price / Coin Hold料金と購入代金について
The Coin Hold fee is a separate service fee for reserving the selected coin for the agreed period.
It is not a deposit toward the purchase price and will not be credited toward the purchase price if the coin is subsequently purchased.
The purchase of the coin remains a separate transaction.

Coin Hold料金と購入代金について
Coin Hold料金は、対象コインを合意した期間確保するための独立したサービス料金です。
コイン購入代金の内金ではなく、対象コインをご購入いただいた場合も購入代金への充当は行いません。
コインの購入手続きは、Coin Holdとは別の取引となります。
Cancellation and Refund Policy / キャンセル・返金について
Coin Hold fees are non-refundable once the Coin Hold period has begun.
This includes cases where the client:
– cancels the Private Viewing;
– decides not to purchase the coin;
– no longer wishes to view the coin; or
– otherwise chooses to end the Coin Hold before the agreed end date.
The Coin Hold fee is charged for reserving the selected coin and removing it from normal availability for the agreed period.
No full or partial refund will be made if the client chooses to shorten the agreed Coin Hold period.
If FALJU COINS is unable to provide the agreed Coin Hold for reasons attributable to FALJU COINS, the Coin Hold fee will be refunded in full.

キャンセル・返金について
Coin Hold開始後のCoin Hold料金は返金いたしません。
以下の場合も返金の対象外となります。
– Private Viewingをキャンセルした場合
– コインを購入しないことを決定した場合
– コインの閲覧を希望しなくなった場合
– その他、お客様のご都合により合意した期間の途中でCoin Holdを終了する場合
Coin Hold料金は、合意した期間、対象コインを通常の販売対象から外し、お客様のために確保するサービスに対する料金です。
お客様のご都合によりCoin Hold期間を短縮する場合も、Coin Hold料金の全部または一部の返金は行いません。
FALJU COINSの都合により、合意したCoin Holdを提供できなくなった場合は、Coin Hold料金を全額返金いたします。
Changes to the Private Viewing Date / Private Viewing日時を変更する場合
Changes to the Private Viewing appointment are subject to the separate Private Viewing cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If a client-requested change to the Private Viewing date extends the Coin Hold period, the Coin Hold fee will be recalculated based on the revised hold period.
If the recalculated Coin Hold fee exceeds the amount already paid, the difference must be paid before the Coin Hold is extended.
For client-requested changes, the Coin Hold period cannot exceed 30 days.
If the client changes the Private Viewing to an earlier date, no full or partial refund of the Coin Hold fee will be made.
If FALJU COINS changes the Private Viewing date for reasons attributable to FALJU COINS, the Coin Hold will continue until the rescheduled Private Viewing date and no additional Coin Hold fee will be charged for that extension.
The rescheduled Private Viewing will be offered within 14 days of the original appointment date. If FALJU COINS is unable to offer a suitable date within that period, the Coin Hold fee will be refunded in full.

Private Viewing日時を変更する場合
Private Viewingの日時変更については、別途Private Viewingのキャンセル・日時変更規定が適用されます。
お客様のご希望による日時変更によりCoin Hold期間が延長される場合は、変更後のCoin Hold期間に基づいてCoin Hold料金を再計算します。
再計算後のCoin Hold料金が既にお支払いいただいた金額を上回る場合は、Coin Hold延長前に差額をご入金いただきます。
お客様のご希望による日時変更の場合、Coin Hold期間は30日を超えることはできません。
お客様のご希望によりPrivate Viewingを早い日程へ変更した場合も、Coin Hold料金の全部または一部の返金は行いません。
FALJU COINSの都合によりPrivate Viewingの日時を変更する場合は、変更後の開催日時までCoin Holdを継続し、その延長分について追加のCoin Hold料金は発生しません。
変更後のPrivate Viewingは、当初の開催予定日から14日以内の日程でご案内します。14日以内に開催可能な日時をご案内できない場合は、Coin Hold料金を全額返金いたします。
Availability / Coin Holdの受付について
Coin Hold is subject to availability and approval by FALJU COINS.
A Coin Hold request may not be accepted if the requested coin is no longer available or cannot be reserved under the circumstances existing when the request is reviewed.
Submission of a Private Viewing request or selection of the Coin Hold option does not guarantee that the requested coin can be reserved.

Coin Holdの受付について
Coin Holdは、対象コインの在庫状況その他の条件をFALJU COINSにて確認のうえ、お受けいたします。
お申し込み内容を確認した時点で対象コインがすでに利用できない場合、その他確保をお受けできない事情がある場合は、Coin Holdを承れないことがあります。
Private Viewingフォームの送信またはCoin Hold利用希望の選択のみでは、対象コインの確保を保証するものではありません。
How to Request Coin Hold / Coin Holdのお申し込み
A separate Coin Hold request form is not required.
If you would like to use the Coin Hold service, please select the Coin Hold option when submitting the Private Viewing request form.
Before submitting your request, please review the Private Viewing terms and the Coin Hold terms, including the applicable fees, cancellation policy, and refund policy.
By submitting a request for the Coin Hold service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
