The following guide explains the purchasing process at FALJU COINS, from your Purchase Request to shipment.

Purchase Requestの送信から、在庫確認、お支払い、発送までの手順をご確認いただけます。

1. Purchase Request
If you would like to purchase an available coin, please submit a Purchase Request using the purchase form provided on the individual coin detail page.
Please provide the requested buyer, billing, and shipping information.
Submitting a Purchase Request does not by itself complete the purchase or reserve the coin.
If you have questions before purchasing, you may contact us separately through the inquiry form.
We usually reply by email within 1–2 business days.
2. Availability Confirmation
FALJU COINS will review your Purchase Request and confirm that the selected coin is still available.
Availability may change until the request has been reviewed and confirmed.
3. Invoice
Once availability and the order details have been confirmed, FALJU COINS will send an invoice in Japanese yen (JPY).
Please review the invoice before completing payment.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY).
The bank transfer must be arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date.
All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion costs, and other remittance-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please arrange the transfer so that FALJU COINS receives the full invoiced amount. Any shortfall must be paid before shipment.
International transfers may take additional time to reach our account. Shipment will be arranged after the full invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by FALJU COINS.
If the transfer is not arranged within 3 business days from the invoice date, the order will be cancelled. If you still wish to purchase the coin, please submit a new Purchase Request, subject to availability.
5. Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Domestic shipping within Japan is complimentary.
For domestic orders, the shipping method is selected according to the value and nature of the coin, its size and destination, and the level of shipping compensation considered appropriate for the shipment.
Japan Post trackable and insured services are generally used, with the specific method selected according to the order.
International shipping charges are quoted separately according to the destination, item value, item type, applicable regulations, carrier restrictions, and available tracking and insurance or compensation coverage.
The shipping method for international orders is selected according to the destination and other relevant conditions.
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email together with the tracking number.

1. Purchase Request
販売中のコインをご購入希望の場合は、各コインの詳細ページに設置されている購入フォームよりPurchase Requestをお送りください。
購入者情報、請求先・配送先情報、お支払い方法等の必要事項をご入力ください。
Purchase Requestを送信した時点では、ご購入完了または商品の確保・取り置きとはなりません。
ご購入前に確認されたい点がございましたら、お問い合わせフォームより別途お問い合わせいただけます。
通常1～2営業日以内にメールにてご返信いたします。
2. 在庫確認
FALJU COINSにてPurchase Requestの内容を確認し、対象コインの在庫状況を確認いたします。
FALJU COINSによる確認が完了するまでは、在庫状況が変動する場合があります。
3. 請求書の送付
在庫およびご注文内容を確認後、日本円（JPY）建ての請求書（Invoice）をお送りします。
内容をご確認のうえ、お支払いをお願いいたします。
4. お支払い
お支払い方法は銀行振込のみとなります。
すべてのお支払いは日本円（JPY）にて承ります。
振込手続きは、請求書発行日から3営業日以内にお済ませください。
振込手数料、中継銀行手数料、受取銀行手数料、通貨換算に伴う費用その他送金にかかる費用は、すべて購入者様のご負担となります。
FALJU COINSには請求金額の全額が着金するようお手続きください。不足額が生じた場合は、発送前に不足分をご入金いただきます。
海外送金の場合、銀行間の処理により着金までに日数を要する場合があります。
商品の発送は、FALJU COINSにて請求金額全額の着金を確認後に手配いたします。
請求書発行日から3営業日以内に振込手続きが行われなかった場合、ご注文はキャンセルとなります。
引き続き購入をご希望の場合は、在庫状況をご確認のうえ、あらためてPurchase Requestをお送りください。
5. 発送
ご入金確認後、通常3〜7営業日以内に発送いたします。
日本国内への発送は送料無料です。
国内発送では、コインの価格や内容、サイズ、配送先に加え、配送時の補償額も考慮しながら発送方法を選定しています。
ご注文内容に応じて、日本郵便の追跡・補償付きサービスを利用いたします。
海外送料は、配送先、商品価格、商品の種類、各種規制、配送会社の取扱条件、利用可能な追跡・補償内容等に応じて個別にご案内いたします。
海外発送の方法は、配送先その他の条件に応じて適切な方法を選定いたします。
配送先の国・地域または配送会社により発生する関税、VAT（付加価値税）、輸入税、仲介手数料、通関手数料、取扱手数料その他の費用は、購入者様のご負担となります。
6. 発送完了・追跡番号のご案内
発送完了後、メールにて発送完了のお知らせと追跡番号をご案内いたします。
